- Taste: Objection people have : What about taste. Well taste in food comes – Slow eating mindful eating or also usually commonly through Salt, Sweeteners , Spices Nuts fruits raisins salad items. So If You make your curries , sabjee, vegetables daal, dry fruits raisins , kheera, tomato various nuts groundnuts coconut teel ajwain, heeg, haldi jeera dhaniya. laung ilachee dalchine tamarind lemon etc You will anyway have taste and the Neutral taste of Millets merge in that.
- Texture: The rough texture in mouth that can be largely overcome through Salivating well and taking in form of rice or idli or rava or poha also can be overcome by grinding them . Roti made from them can be rough so can add salt and ajwain to taste or add some ghee ( better made from bilona method ).
Daily Essentials
- Eat : Add Some Grains to your diet – Millet Group Especially Siri Dhanya
- Drink : Add Ambali , Drink a glass of it first thing in morning or empty stomach
- Water : Make it Structured through Copper Plate , But clean plate daily
- Oils : Prefer Bull Driven Wood pressed , Cold Pressed
What is NOT to be Done or Avoided
- Plastic : Avoid food or water in plastic containers
- Milk : Prefer NOT to take But Curd is ok And Usually milk is laced with Oxytocin and antibiotics so that is another reason to avoid
- Refined Oil : Factory made and Usually NOT available as pure
How to Prepare: Step-by-Step Methods
Cooking Millets
- Soak Millets well. 6 to 8 hours (or overnight)
Making Ambali
- 5 g millet ( 1 tsp) millet to 8-10 times water or 2 glasses or half litre
- Dr. Valli emphasizes that Ambali must be very thin and watery. When it is thin, it passes quickly through the stomach’s valve (pyloric sphincter) directly into the intestines without lingering, which allows the beneficial probiotic microbes to survive stomach acid and colonize the gut effectively
Structured Water
- Copper Plate: Structures the waters and Also Germs eliminated.
- How: Plate dip in water leave overnight.
- According to Dr. Khadar Valli’s protocols for making structured water (using a copper plate or strip in a steel bucket or clay pot), the water needs to stay in contact with the copper for 8 to 12 hours (typically left overnight).
